It is important for each of us to pay attention to our mental and emotional health during these unprecedented times.  Here are some resources, many of which are local and regional, that can help provide assistance for you and your loved ones:

New York State COVID-19 Emotional Support Hotline Number: 1-844-863-9314

The new Emotional Support Line provides free and confidential support, helping callers experiencing increased anxiety due to the coronavirus emergency. The helpline is staffed by volunteers, including mental health professionals, who have received training in crisis counseling.
