Property Coordinator

The Property Coordinator will be responsible for the management and coordination of the lease arrangements and contracts for all property leased by Person Centered Services. This will also include working with the landlords on services covered on the lease (janitorial, parking, maintenance, etc.), as well as negotiation and recommendations regarding office equipment and furniture. Travel will be required to 38+ leased properties in 20 counties throughout Western and Central New York. Director of Community & Provider Relations

The Director of Community & Provider Relations leads a team responsible for ensuring key stakeholders (individuals, families and network providers) are supported and up to date on Person Centered Services’ practices and policies. The department serves both families and providers to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement based on stakeholder feedback. In addition to supporting key stakeholders, the Director is charged with creating and implementing a network development strategy in preparation for working in a managed care environment. The Director will lead the company in efforts to build a network that is comprehensive and structured around quality services, achieving targeted outcomes and value-based payments. This role directly manages a team that includes two Community Relations Specialists, three Customer Service Specialists, a Manager of Agency Relations and a Health Care Relations Specialist. Person Centered Services coordinates care for individuals with developmental disabilities across a 21-county region.
