Kristi Moscato is Community Engagement Manager at the Parent Network of WNY. Her child receives Care Coordination through Person Centered Services. Kristi is a member of the Family Support Services Council and is currently its Co-Chair. She also serves on the Person Centered Services Informed Consent Committee. Kristi is dedicated to helping improve communication to families.
