Care Connection Day – Olean

Join us for an exciting in-person networking event where you can connect with local providers and Care Coordinators in your area!

This is a free event for all vendors, and attendees, organized by Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization.

Registration is encouraged but not required for general public attendees.

Care Connection Days will be held on the following dates:
– August 17, 2023 – The Main Place, 251 Main Street, Hornell, NY 14843 (Vendor Deadline: August 15th)
– September 21, 2023 – St. Bonaventure University (Doyle Hall), 3261 W. State Rd, Olean, NY 14778 (Vendor Deadline: September 7th)
– October 19, 2023 – Monroe Community College, 2485 W. Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14623 (Vendor Deadline: October 5th)
