Next Up Transition Conference

The transition from high school to post-secondary education, careers, or other life paths is a significant milestone. The Next Up Transition Conference’s goal is to equip our young adults with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to make informed decisions about their future. Person Centered Services will be hosting a resource table at this event, hosted by AutismUp at Nazareth University in Rochester, NY from 8:30AM-3:30PM on February 28, 2024.
