Best Places to Work Celebration

Person Centered Services will be one of 80 companies recognized as a Best Places to Work finalist in the Western New York region by Buffalo Business First.

Team members within select counties were asked to complete a survey developed by Quantum Workplace. The survey measured six key engagement categories: communication, employee needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamic, and trust in leadership. Based on the results, our company qualified as a Best Places to Work finalist!

We’re so grateful to offer high-quality benefits and support to our team members and continue to pursue our vision of a place where all people lead fulfilling lives.

Our organization will be recognized alongside other honorees on March 28 at Buffalo RiverWorks. This is a private event, which will include a “Team Spirit Tailgate Party” theme. Person Centered Services is a table sponsor.
