Person Centered Services Nominated as 2026 Best Places to Work Finalist
Buffalo Business First has recognized Person Centered Services as one of the best places to work in the Western New York region.
Person Centered Services was a finalist for Buffalo Business First’s 2026 Best Places to Work awards!
Our organization made the list as one of nearly 14 finalists in the Western New York area in the “large” category for companies.
“This award reflects the everyday ways our team members support one another and the people we serve,” said Person Centered Services Chief Executive Officer Alicia Fellows. “We are committed to always making Person Centered Services an even better place to work.”
Person Centered Services’ annual engagement survey in the Buffalo region led to the organization’s nomination as one of the area’s “Best Places to Work.”
Survey participants answered questions related to company culture, compensation, benefits, and trust in leadership. According to Buffalo Business First, all finalists “created organizations where voices are heard, cultures are thriving, and employees are engaged.” Quantum Workplace conducted the survey.
