Our Transition Expo presents empowering opportunities for students ages 14-21 receiving Special Education services and their families. Through collaboration, education, and networking, we can help people reach their potential.

The expo format will include a brief welcome and introduction from Person Centered Services staff, then all attendees will go to breakout rooms of their choice. Each provider agency will host a breakout room that offers information about their adult services, eligibility criteria, referral processes, and vacancies.
