NavigateMD Fundraiser

NavigateMD is raising funds for the development of an online platform for those with disabilities, their families, and others to find local resources conveniently within their community. A fundraiser with free entry will be held on June 23, 2024 from 2PM-6PM at Pomona at Blue Barn (918 Manitou Rd, Hilton, NY 14468). Bounce houses, a velcro wall, balloon animals, yard games, inflatable axe throwing, a dunk tank, a photo booth, face painting, music, food trucks and community resource tables, including representation from Person Centered Services, will all be on site.
