A dynamic and interactive day, using real life examples, that will provide insight and tools to increase your “Power to Relate” to others in the challenging circumstances that you face. Families & Professionals will learn communication skills surrounding challenging behaviors of individuals with disabilities, evidence-based techniques and tools to increase their ability respond to the challenges they face and strategies to create the change they desire and better relate to upset, fatigue and burnout.
