Email-Related Issues on Android

There are two common issues with accessing emails from Person Centered Services on Android.

Issue #1: “Sign In With Google” is an option to view the emails. When Google asks which account to sign in with, it MUST be the one the email was sent to originally. If you have multiple Gmail accounts, be sure to select the correct one.

Issue #2: The 6-digit code may take over the screen where you type it in. This can cause the code to expire. To view the message, open the email in Chrome instead of the mail app. The screenshots may vary a bit between versions of Android, but this is roughly the path to take.
