All members, families and staff are invited to join us for a portal party at our offices in Jamestown, NY (255 Fluvanna Ave.)!

Enjoy free popcorn and refreshments while our team assists with portal sign-ups from 9AM-3PM on July 25, 2025. At 12PM, there will even be a showing of Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory (1971).

Members who sign up for the portal will have immediate access to their files and life plans.

Person Centered Services Member Relations Specialist Stella DuPree will be available to discuss Supported Decision Making — an alternative to guardianship that empowers people with disabilities to make their own life decisions with the support of trusted individuals.
