Transition Expo – Eastern Region

Meet and interact with local providers who offer services supporting successful transition to adulthood for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities!
Our Transition Expo will improve outcomes for students ages 14-21 with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families as they approach adulthood. Through collaboration, education, and networking, we will help individuals and families reach their potential.

The expo format will include a brief welcome and introduction from Person Centered Services staff, then all attendees will go to breakout rooms of their choice. Each provider agency will host a breakout room that offers information about their adult services, eligibility criteria, referral processes, and vacancies.
