A Transition Services Fair for students with disabilities and their families in the Ken-Ton District will be held on Wednesday, April 24 from 5:30-7:30pm at Kenmore East High School. Person Centered Services will be there to share resources and information with people in the district.
Person Centered Services will be providing information and resources for families of children who attend the Summit Center at a Transition Fair on June 6, 2024 from 5:30M-7:30PM. The event will highlight more than 20 agencies, feature a panel on guardianships, trusts, and wills, and have DMV reservation appointments on site.
The Southern Tier Transition Committee Transition Fair is for students with disabilities in grades 11 and 12 who want to learn more about careers, programs available to them after high school, including college. The event will take place at Jamestown Community College on November 8, 2024 from 9AM-2PM.
Person Centered Services will be sharing valuable information alongside other agencies at The Summit Center Transition Fair. This free event to support students and families in the transition to adulthood will take place at 30 Hazelwood Drive, Amherst, NY 14228 on Thursday, June 5, 2025 from 5PM-7PM.
