Summit Center Transition Fair

Person Centered Services will be providing information and resources for families of children who attend the Summit Center at a Transition Fair on June 7, 2024 from 5:30M-7:30PM. The event will highlight more than 20 agencies, feature a panel on guardianships, trusts, and wills, and have DMV reservation appointments on site.
