    The Canandaigua City School District is holding a transition fair for special education families from the district. The event will take place at the Canandaigua City School District (143 N Pearl St, Canandaigua, NY  14424). Representatives from Person Centered Services will be in attendance.     A Transition Services Fair for students with disabilities and their families in the Ken-Ton District will be held on Wednesday, April 24 from 5:30-7:30pm at Kenmore East High School. Person Centered Services will be there to share resources and information with people in the district.
