Cayuga Family Fit Zone

Formerly the Family Fit Fest, the Cayuga Family Fit Zone has joined with the Falls Harvest Festival for a free action-packed event focused on fun, health, and fitness for all ages. Find the Fit Zone in the tents next to the Post Office in Montour Falls, NY for health education and hands-on activities – along with freebies – from Cayuga Health and other organizations from Schuyler and surrounding counties.
