Mobile Unit Health Fair for Rural Chautauqua County

Vaccinations, mammograms, screenings, information, and lots of food and fun will be available at the Mobile Unit Health Fair in Clymer, NY at Abbe Reformed Church (595 Clymer Sherman Rd).
Service providers will have tables set up to share information. Care Coordinators from Person Centered Services will be on hand to share information about opportunities through our organization.
