Important Message from CEO Alicia Fellows
In light of recent statements made about people with autism, Person Centered Services CEO Alicia Fellows addresses the importance of understanding and supporting those diagnosed with this neurological condition.

At Person Centered Services, our core values of people, integrity and trust drive everything we do to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In light of recent statements made about people with autism, I want to address the importance of understanding and supporting those diagnosed with this neurological condition.
Autism is a complex and multifaceted condition that affects people differently across a broad spectrum, and yet these people and their families are important members and contributors in all our communities. As a Care Coordination Organization dedicated to our vision of all people leading fulfilling lives, we firmly believe in the importance of comprehensive support and respectful dialogue about all neurological and other conditions. Awareness and understanding are essential in creating supportive environments where individuals with autism can thrive. Our commitment to fostering an inclusive society involves listening to diverse perspectives and utilizing evidence-based practices to inform our initiatives.
As we continue to support our mission of connecting people to the care, support and opportunities that maximize their quality of life, I encourage everyone to engage in thoughtful conversations about autism and seek out information from organizations that promote research and resources for individuals and families affected. Together, we can contribute to greater understanding and advocacy for those not only on the autism spectrum, but with any intellectual or developmental disability.
Thank you for your advocacy and support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Sincerely,
Alicia Fellows
CEO, Person Centered Services
