We are excited to announce that Stacy Blair has accepted the permanent Chief Program Officer role at Person Centered Services!

Stacy joined our organization as Associate Vice President for Care Coordination in late 2023 and was named Interim Chief Program Officer in October of 2024.

Stacy’s extensive experience, and the knowledge she’s developed over many years, uniquely positions her to lead our workforce, who serve a combined 18,000 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across our service area.

“I’m thrilled about the positive direction we have experienced with Stacy in this role,” said Person Centered Services Chief Executive Officer Alicia Fellows. “I am confident that the people we support, our team members, and the provider network with whom we partner, will all benefit from Stacy’s leadership.”
