Introducing the 2024 Person Centered Services All-Stars!

To highlight important collaborations and success stories, we’re beginning a new annual tradition, the All-Star Awards, to celebrate those who shine because of their achievements or the way they support those we serve.

We sought nominations to create our first All-Star team to spotlight the incredible effort and teamwork necessary to meet the unique challenges of those living with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Our All-Stars include:

– Members who are being celebrated for what they’ve achieved.
– Care Coordinators and other team members for their role in our holistic approach, involving the entire circle of support for those we serve – including their families, caregivers, healthcare providers and others – ensuring all needs are addressed.
– Providers and other community partners that Person Centered Services has collaborated with to fulfill our mission to connect people to the care, support and opportunities that maximize their quality of life.

Our All-Stars represent countless other members, Care Coordinators, staff, providers and community partners, who also deserve recognition for sharing our collective vision of a community where all people lead fulfilling lives.

To the All-Stars and others who demonstrate our core values of people, integrity and trust, congratulations and thank you for who you are and what you do!
