Dustyn began receiving Medicaid Service Coordination in the early 2000s .  In 2018, he transitioned to Care Coordination services with Person Centered Services.  Green joined Person Centered Services’ Member Advisory Board  (MAB) to be the voice for the thousands of people across the region who receive Care Coordination services and feel as though they do not have a voice. He would also like to assist Person Centered Services in enhancing operations to provide quality Care Coordination.  Green hopes to assist Person Centered Services in enhancing resources and services in what he calls the “resource desert” region, which includes Allegany, Steuben, and Livingston counties.
