    Rise Up Rochester's "Back to School Health & Wellness Fair" will feature an array of community organizations, including Person Centered Services, offering resources for school-age families.     A symposium related to family, school and community connections will take place at Brocton Central Schools on March 15 from 7AM-3:45PM. During the event, mobile medical units will also be available, as well as resources for guests. Person Centered Services will be on-hand with information about our services.
