2025 Annual Conference: Powering Progress
The CP State Annual Conference is set for October 8-9, 2025 at 10AM at The Saratoga Hilton! Person Centered Services will be tabling for TriADD at this event. TriaDD is a statewide partnership between three Care Coordination Organizations created to help improve care for New Yorkers with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
