Person Centered Services has appointed four new members to its Executive Team and two new members to its Leadership Team.

“After I became Executive Director in early 2023, I wanted to ensure the entire leadership team structure would carry us forward in a strategic and meaningful way,” says Alicia Fellows, Executive Director, at Person Centered Services. “I am very happy to appoint new members of our Executive and Leadership Teams who will ensure all our departments are represented strategically to make good long-term decisions, continually increase the quality of services for the people we support, and to allow Person Centered Services to increasingly become a great place to work.”

Executive Team Appointments

Rachel Martin has been promoted to Chief Program Officer. In this role, she will oversee the Care Coordination, Intake and Enrollment, and Learning, Development and Diversity teams. Her position includes advocating for the needs of the workforce and working with external groups to further the mission of Person Centered Services.

Previously, Martin served as Regional Director for the company’s West Region, as Associate Vice President of Care Coordination, and most recently as Vice President of Program Administration.

“It continues to be a privilege to work with each person affected by Person Centered Services,” Martin says. “I am honored to help make their lives better, to improve processes, to advocate, and to lead.”

Amy Peters has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer. Since 2018, Peters has led the company’s Clinical Team and began overseeing Strategic Operations in 2022 as Vice President for Strategy and Clinical Operations.

In her new role, Amy will continue leading the Clinical Team, while also overseeing the development and implementation of the company’s Quality Management Program as it further incorporates the organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Plan.

“Bringing quality, strategy and DEI together is essential to enhancing the services we deliver,” says Peters. “Our team is highly invested in the success of all our Care Coordinators.”

Colleen Gough has been promoted to serve as the company’s Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. Colleen has been with Person Centered Services since 2018, overseeing Quality Assurance & Corporate Compliance (QA/CC) and Information Technology (IT).

In her new leadership position, Colleen will continue to oversee both QA/CC and IT, but will also provide general legal oversight across all departments.

“The inclusion of company legal matters and policy and regulatory affairs in my areas of oversight will help make our company more mature and streamline processes,” says Gough. “These changes will increase my team’s ability to support the individuals we serve, as well as the workforce, in an even more thorough and efficient manner.”

Lastly, James Poulos, who has been with the company for over two years, has been promoted to Vice President & Chief Information and Security Officer. His new role will allow all of the company’s information systems to be under one department leader, creating greater synergy.

“I am grateful for this opportunity to continue leading the organization from a technology operations and security perspective,” says Poulos. “Streamlining our systems and data helps improve the ability for Person Centered Services staff to focus on what is most important, supporting the people that we serve.”

Leadership Team Appointments

Jason Blackwell joins the leadership team of Person Centered Services as Associate Vice President of Quality & Program Supports. His role will include Care Coordination strategy and processes, increasing service quality, overseeing customer service, and strategically evaluating the company culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Blackwell previously worked with Person Centered Services as the Regional Director in the organization’s East Region.

“I am excited to return to an organization that prioritizes inclusive practices,” says Blackwell. “I am humbled to rejoin such a great group of people to not only help those with intellectual and developmental disabilities live the lives they desire, but to also help us all reach our potential.”

Additionally, Christina Corbellati, who has been with the company for over five years, will be moving into the newly created role of Associate Vice President of Policy and Regulatory Affairs. This new position will be a resource for all departments of the company as needed.  She will oversee policies and procedures, assisting with general legal matters.

“Enhancing our focus on regulatory and other legal matters puts Person Centered Services in a better position to strategize and respond to risks,” says Corbellati. “I look forward to continuing with the value-added work of supporting the organization and the important work it does.”

Person Centered Services Executive Director Alicia Fellows is eager to partner alongside these leaders in their new roles.

“I am very proud of the incredibly positive impact all our employees have on the lives of the people we serve and of our leadership, who helps navigate the complexities of what we do to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities,” says Fellows.
