Alicia Fellows – Chief Program Officer
Alicia has a long history working with individuals and agencies who serve people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has played a crucial role in designing and establishing the type of Care Coordination provided today by Person Centered Services. Alicia was previously Director of Care Coordination for PCSWNY, a non-profit set up in 2013 to prepare for the path to managed care. Before joining Person Centered Services, Alicia held various leadership roles in her 17-year tenure at Community Services for Every1, formerly Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled, serving as Care Coordination Administrator, Behavior Intervention Specialist and Specialized Case Management Program Coordinator. Alicia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in legal studies and master’s degree in social work from the University at Buffalo. She sits on the Crisis Services for I/DD Advisory Board and on the OPWDD subcommittee of Erie County’s Community Services Board. Alicia is also a parent to a child with autism. She resides in Hamburg, NY, with her husband and four children.
Colleen Gough – Chief Quality & Compliance Officer
Colleen has over 10 years of experience in compliance and quality assurance. She serves as the Compliance Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer and is responsible for compliance, quality assurance, incidents, quality improvement, health record issues, legal issues related to individuals served, and shared oversight of IT security. Prior to Person Centered Services, Colleen was Compliance Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer at The Summit Center, a non-profit agency and school serving people with developmental disabilities. She also practiced law for over 15 years, most recently in the areas of trust and guardianship law for the disabled. She holds a B.A. in psychology from the honors program at St. Bonaventure University and earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in New York State and certified in Healthcare Compliance and Healthcare Privacy Compliance. Colleen is Co-Chair of the Corporate Compliance Committee of the Developmental Disability Alliance of Western New York (DDAWNY), and a Board member at the ECBA Volunteer Lawyers Project. Colleen has 5 daughters and lives with her husband in Williamsville.
Lisa Ressman – Vice President of Finance
Lisa Ressman holds two decades of professional experience in progressive corporate accounting and financial analysis. In her position, she is responsible for overseeing financial functions and reporting at Person Centered Services. Lisa joined the company in May 2021, coming from Independent Health Associates, where she served as the Vice President of Finance – Revenue & Budget. Previously, Lisa also served in a variety of finance, accounting, and controller roles, providing leadership for a vast array of corporate structures and industries. Lisa holds her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hilbert College, where she was recently elected to the institution’s Board of Trustees. She lives in Hamburg.
Elisha Tomasello – Chief Administrative Officer
Elisha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Person Centered Services, where she oversees several departments: Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing & Communications, and Learning, Development & Diversity. Elisha joined the company in April 2018 from North Woods Capital Benefits, where she was Vice President of Employee Benefits and HR Consulting. Before her time there, she held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Catholic Health, in addition to previously practicing as a labor and employment attorney. Elisha earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She also holds a juris doctorate degree with a concentration in labor and employment law from the University at Buffalo, as well as a graduate certificate of managing healthcare delivery from Harvard University. Elisha serves as a board member for the Independent Health Branch of the YMCA of WNY and is on the Board of Trustees for Persistence Preparatory Academy. She is a former president of the board for the Labor and Employment Relations Association. She is licensed to practice law in New York State and is a licensed employee benefits broker. In 2018, Elisha was selected as a Business First 40 under 40 honoree. She lives in North Buffalo with her husband and two children.

Bridget Bartolone, CEO
Bridget Bartolone is the Chief Executive Officer of Person Centered Services. She worked in several health and human services fields for more than 25 years and was instrumental in creating Person Centered Services. She was the first and only employee in 2017 and built the corporate structure around her before the company launched in 2018. Today, Person Centered Services serves more than 17,000 individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and employs about 730 people. Bridget approaches her role leading a company whose mission is to help people maximize their quality of life as both very personal and a tremendous responsibility. She consistently reminds employees that Person Centered Services is first and foremost “taking care of people.”
Bridget has been recognized several times as an influential leader in the Western New York Community. She was awarded a Buffalo Business First Woman of Influence honor in 2019. She was also named multiple times to the “Power 250” list of influential people in Western New York and to the “Power 150” Women of Power. She was a Buffalo-Niagara Partnership ATHENA Award Finalist and a Business First “40 Under 40″ winner.
Bridget formerly worked at BlueCross BlueShield of WNY, where she held two different senior leadership positions, vice president of operational transformation, and vice president of general business. Before joining BlueCross BlueShield, Bridget held numerous leadership positions at Eli Lilly and Company, a global pharmaceutical organization headquartered in Indianapolis. She started in sales in 1998 and held a variety of leadership roles across Lilly USA over the course of 13 years. She is also one of the original Six Sigma Black Belts at Lilly, when it deployed Lean Six Sigma in 2005.
Bridget holds a B.S. degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire, and a certificate of Executive Leadership from Cornell University. She also serves on several committees and boards in Buffalo, where she resides with her husband and two daughters.
