Team Member Wins IDEA Award!
Ashley Green, Learning and Development Training Specialist, has been chosen for an IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Awareness) Award through Buffalo Business First.
A huge congratulations to Ashley Green for her selection as a 2023 IDEA Award recipient! As a Learning and Development Training Specialist, Ashley Green does an amazing job of furthering the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) efforts at Person Centered Services.
Ashley helps develop the DEIB plan for the organization as a whole and coordinates related trainings and conversations at all levels. She also leads the company’s DEIB Champions group, which she spearheaded. Her work ensures that DEIB programs lead to positive outcomes and make all people feel more included.
The IDEA Awards at Buffalo Business First celebrate individuals in Western New York who prioritize the importance of diversity and inclusion, champion equitable human resources practices and develop inclusive cultures. Ashley Green was a perfect fit for this honor!
