Know Your Rights: Keeping Myself Safe in the Community

All people, including those we support, have the same rights. Person Centered Services is dedicated to helping people exercise their rights and reach their potential.

It is your right to participate in your community in a safe way. Know where you are going, how to get there and back, and what obstacles or challenges you might face on the way. Always have identification and contact information ready in case of an emergency.

Check out the free resources on community participation and safety below, and remember that your Care Coordinator is always there to help!
