How long have you been with Person Centered Services?
I started working with Person Centered Services in October of 2019.
What would you like people to know about your role and the work you do?
I focus on developing recruiting plans, assisting management with the selection process, negotiating offers, and onboarding of all new hires. Working in recruiting is a fast paced and exciting field — having strong communication skills and enjoying talking with people is a must!
What do your everyday tasks look like?
Well, every day is very different! The majority of my day is spent speaking with candidates about our opportunities, completing various paperwork, corresponding with hiring managers, attending meetings, and sourcing candidates. My favorite part of my role is calling a candidate and offering them the position. It is such exciting news to tell someone they have been selected for a new role and are joining our team. I enjoy hearing their enthusiasm and assisting them through the process to their first day of employment with us.
How does your work help Person Centered Services thrive?
I help to grow our amazing team here at Person Centered Services. I work to ensure we are hiring excellent employees to provide the best care to the individuals we serve.
What is your favorite thing about working at Person Centered Services?
Person Centered Services’ communication is stellar. During these uncertain times Bridget’s company updates have helped us all to feel connected and informed. My other favorite aspect of the company is our employee reward initiatives. Our recognition programs provide fun and unique ways to acknowledge others!
What do you enjoy doing outside of work or what is one interesting fact people may not know about you?
Outside of the office I enjoy volunteering, indoor rock climbing, traveling to new cities, spending time with my loved ones, and zip-lining.
We truly appreciate the important work of Mattia and the rest of our Human Resources team!
