Christopher Jankowski is an IT Support Technician in our Information Technology department. He offers front line technical support for all technology systems and services. Chris is stationed in the Buffalo area, but performs support for all users in all locations.
How long have you been with Person Centered Services?
I have been with Person Centered Services since February 2019.
What would you like people to know about your role and the work you do?
My role as an IT Support Technician is to help keep the technology we use every day for our jobs working so we can give the people we serve the best service possible.
What do your everyday tasks look like?
My everyday tasks involve troubleshooting and resolving issues, responding to calls, emails, and tickets, and testing and performing maintenance on equipment.
How does your work help Person Centered Services thrive?
I help Person Centered Services thrive by keeping all the technology we use working properly so we can provide the best service possible.
What is your favorite thing about working at Person Centered Services?
My favorite thing about working at Person Centered Services is that everyone I work with is focused and driven to provide help to those who need it.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work or what is one interesting fact people may not know about you?
I enjoy taking photographs of nature and wildlife.
