What is your favorite thing about working at Person Centered Services?

The people! Everyone, from the individuals on my caseload and their families to my coworkers and supervisors, are great! I have the most supportive, genuine, and helpful coworkers and supervisors anyone could hope for!

How does your work help Person Centered Services thrive?

I am a Tier 4 Care Coordinator and often meet people for the first time when their lives are in crisis. I aim to be the calm that helps people seek out solutions, make connections with community resources, and most importantly, be an advocate who is walking through their situation with them. This work approach helps Person Centered Services thrive as individuals and their families find comfort in knowing that with Person Centered Services they are supported and are not alone, especially in times of great need.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work or what is one interesting fact people may not know about you?

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and especially my grandchildren. I like to read and be outside in the sun. The beach is my home away from home on warm days off!

Person Centered Services is grateful for Tier 4 Care Coordinators like Cathie!
