CEO Appointed As Member of Statewide Developmental Disabilities Advisory Council
New York State Senate Minority Leader Robert Ortt selected Person Centered Services Chief Executive Officer Alicia Fellows for a key advisory role beginning in January of 2026.
BUFFALO, NY (January 9, 2026) – The state of New York has appointed Alicia Fellows, Chief Executive Officer of Person Centered Services, as a new member of its Developmental Disabilities Advisory Council.
As the CEO of Person Centered Services, Alicia Fellows leads a Care Coordination Organization that connects people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to care, support and opportunities in 18 counties across the Western New York, Southern Tier and Finger Lakes regions.
Through her voluntary role on the Developmental Disabilities Advisory Council, Fellows will work closely with the Commissioner of the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). She will offer professional and personal insights, and vote on recommendations to improve the service system for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in New York State.
“We are identifying needs and gaps in services for people in our communities,” said Fellows. “I am grateful to help move the disabilities services system forward on a statewide level by advocating for meaningful changes and improvements.”

The Developmental Disabilities Advisory Council meets quarterly, and members can join one of seven committees. Fellows has expressed interest in the Children’s and Health and Wellness committees.
Fellows has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Person Centered Services for three years. She has worked with the organization in a leadership capacity since its founding in 2018. Fellows is actively involved in several advisory boards and committees throughout the state, including as the president of the Care Management Alliance of New York (CMANY) Board, and as a board member of the Core Solutions AI Advisory Board, the TriaDD statewide collaborative body and Sensational Fun Inc.
Person Centered Services is a Care Coordination Organization that provides Health Home Care Management by coordinating available medical, social, and other services to improve the overall health and wellness of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The organization offers Care Coordination services to more than 18,000 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, maximizing their quality of life.
Care Coordinators at Person Centered Services work closely with human service agencies and other providers throughout their service area so people with intellectual and developmental disabilities can receive the support they need to reach their potential.
