This fall, Person Centered Services will launch an upgrade to the Provider Portal—with minor design changes. The new experience will be faster, more intuitive, and even easier to navigate.

– Improved Interface – Easier navigation and cleaner design 

– Faster Performance – Reduced load times and fewer interruptions 

– Enhanced Tools – Streamlined workflows, secure messaging, and improved reporting capabilities

🧰 What to Expect/What Do Providers Need to Do?: 

– Training & Support – Live demos, user guides, and Q&A sessions will be available schedule coming soon

– No Downtime – We’re planning a seamless transition 

– Ongoing Help – Our support team will be available throughout the rollout 

– Providers do not need to do anything different to access the portal 

– Provider should register support staff for sessions on how to use portal once their schedule is available
